Utilicast was asked to perform a Readiness Assessment of an EMS replacement for a Western U.S. utility. The projects includes reviewing the project, change management, testing and cutover plans and providing a gap assessment of missing items. The project also involves developing readiness criteria for the new system. The new EMS is a Siemens Spectrum 7.
