Utilicast will continue to plan, coordinate, and oversee Generation Resource Interconnection study cycles for a Midwestern Independent System Operator.
Utilicast was selected by an Eastern investor-owned utility to provide consulting services in support of their transition from a combined SCADA system into two separate SCADA systems: Transmission SCADA (with EMS) and Distribution SCADA (with OMS), as well as the required EMS upgrade and OSI Open AAR module.

Utilicast will support the internal and external processes in preparation for an EMS upgrade for a Pacific Investor-owned utility. This includes internal approval processes, vendor contract development, and internal EMS team coordination.
Utilicast was selected by a Central member cooperative to provide project management services, support for data validation, including implementation of loss factors, support for ICCP configuration, and manage communication with partner utilities in support of their ICCP implementation.
Utilicast will support an eDNA to PI migration for both transmission and generation for an Eastern cooperative.
Utilicast will perform an independent Transmission Operations Readiness Assessment for a Central cooperative, to aid confidence for a cutover targeting Q1 2024.
Utilicast will provide planning for Mountain cooperative utility for their 2024-2026 implementation and market entry to SPP RTO West.
Utilicast will support a Central investor-owned utility with program development for NERC FAC-003, including process and procedure development.
