Utilicast was selected to lead the internal program at a Pacific invesotr-owned utility to implement PMUs on CAISO Balancing Authority tie lines. PMUs are being installed at multiple critical stations to support CAISO and the utility’s compliance and situational awareness.

A Central Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) selected Utilicast to provide outside contractor/consultant assistance to support their efffort to improve engineering process and fast track the development of their junior staff into subject matter experts (SMEs). Utilicast will develop and document strong, comprehensive, effective repeatable engineering processes performed by Engineering support (ES), Transmission Planning (TP), and Planning Coordinator Assessment (PCA).
