Utilicast was hired to facilitate a scope analysis and assessment effort for an International Renewable Power and Energy Solutions provider’s transition of their scheduling operations from a third-party service provider to their internal operations groups. The intent is to completely define the organizational and system changes needed to bring scheduling and related functions in-house.
