Utilicast shall perform a gap analysis on EDAM and Markets+, with a greater emphasis on the market that makes stronger economic sense related to the results of a public Pacific utility’ Brattle Study that is currently underway. Utilicast will also support the creation of the utility’s Business Case development to include an Executive Summary, overview of EDAM and Markets+, Comparative analysis of each market based on the identified Participation Priorities defined by the utility, and an interpretation of the Brattle work.
