Utilicast was selected to support a Southwestern Transmission Operator to ensure a successful EMS implementation project, and provide an OSI EMS expert to support the technical implementation components of the project. Utilicast will ensure that the Operator’s staff is trained and engaged so that they can successfully take control of OSI EMS maintenance when the system is ready to go live.
