Utilicast was selected by a public Pacific utility to provide RCOS general support and project delivery. Utilicast will provide restoration assistance, overall guidance, project planning, knowledge transfer for RCOS systems at each pant, and document all the RCOS points and functions such that the information can be used to program SEL RTAC with the same functionality as existing RCOS.
