| A Southwestern public utility plans to transition to a flow-based methodology to calculate its transmission system’s total transfer capability (TTC), known as MOD-030. Utilicast will serve as System Integrator for their multi-year implementation. Utilicast will provide advisory and planning services across MOD-030 affected business and IT organizations, including project management, MOD-030 expertise and lessons learned, software procurement support, advisory technical solution and methodology, and guidance on MOD-030 transition and sequencing through detailed requirements.
