A Northwestern utility is developing a strategic 5-year plan to meet their vision. As part of implementing the strategic plan, the utility wishes to mature to a “top quartile” internal IT service provider. The utility has engaged Utilicast to develop their Architecture capability. Utilicast will assess and provide a framework of two architectural landscapes – Strategic (Enterprise), and Segment (Program) including overall architecture governance. This architectural blueprint will support their strategic business outcomes. It will include a transition plan from current to future state.
