Utilicast was hired by a Regional Transmission Owner to phase out the current PI Processbook supported by OSIsoft and needs to determine their approach to replacing these displays with either PI Vision or another visualization tool. Regional Transmission Owner needs to identify impacted users, uses cases/requirements for visualization, and develop a plan for migrating these displays to a new system.
